THOREYA (thoreya.com) is a company that helps leaders build, transform and grow their businesses across consumer goods, ESG, iGaming, fintech and technology. We were previously known as Think Forward Advisory and THNK FWD.

You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell content from this site without our written permission. We reserve the right to restrict access where we believe the site is being misused.

Our work covers brand and reputation (marketing, PR and high-profile events), transformation and interim leadership, and a C-level LinkedIn concierge for founders, executives, investors and public figures. Specific services, fees, deliverables and timelines are set out in a separate proposal or engagement letter agreed before work begins.

An engagement starts when both parties have agreed a written proposal, statement of work or engagement letter. Until that point, any discussions, proposals or estimates are non-binding and subject to contract.

We charge fees as described in the agreed engagement documents. Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed. Work may be paused if payment is materially delayed.

We treat client information as confidential and do not disclose it without permission, except as required by law or to professional advisers bound by similar duties. Likewise, any confidential information we share with you may not be disclosed to third parties without our consent.

Materials we create specifically for you as part of a paid engagement become yours on full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Our general methodologies, templates, frameworks and pre-existing intellectual property remain with us.

All content on this website (text, images, logo, code and design) is owned by or licensed to THOREYA and may not be reused without permission.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim, or to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses.

Advice on this website is general in nature and does not replace professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

These terms and any engagement with THOREYA are governed by European Union law and the applicable law of our place of establishment. Consumer and data protection rights granted to you under EU law, including the GDPR, are not affected by these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies when you use the site or enter into an engagement.
