What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

THOREYA (thoreya.com), previously Think Forward Advisory and THNK FWD, is the controller of personal data collected through this website within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions and requests go to hello@thoreya.com.

Only what you send us through the Connect form: your name, email address, optional company, the topic you select and your message. We do not buy lists, and we do not track you across other websites.

To reply to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss and deliver an engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where relevant, steps taken before entering a contract.

Messages are stored in a secured, access-controlled database hosted in the European Union by our infrastructure providers, and in our business email. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses. They are kept only as long as the conversation or the engagement requires, and deleted on request.

This site uses essential cookies and local storage only: they keep the site working and remember that you have seen the cookie notice. There is no advertising, profiling or third-party analytics tracking, so there is nothing to opt out of beyond your browser settings.

THOREYA uses AI tools in its own work and helps clients adopt them. On this website, AI is used to assist with drafting and design. It is not used to make automated decisions about you.

In client work, AI is used with consent and inside agreed boundaries: confidential client material is never used to train public models, and a human reviews everything that leaves our hands. Where we run LinkedIn or narrative work for an executive, AI supports drafting and research, and the voice, judgement and final approval stay with the client.

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to how we use it. Write to hello@thoreya.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU member state where you live or work.
