Where AI helps, where it stops, and what happens to your data.
THOREYA uses AI deliberately. This page explains what it is used for, what it is never used for, and exactly what is processed when you send a message through the Connect form.
AI accelerates research and drafting. It does not make decisions, and it does not replace the judgement of the people you hire.
What AI is used for
In client work, AI tools support desk research, market and competitor scanning, data structuring, first-draft documents, summaries and reporting. Every output is reviewed, edited and signed off by a person before it reaches a client.
On this website, AI has been used to help draft and refine copy. All published text is human-reviewed.
What AI is never used for
No hiring, investment, legal or commercial recommendation is delivered on the basis of an unreviewed AI output. Confidential client material is never uploaded to public or consumer AI tools, and it is never used to train third-party models.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling on this site that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
What the Connect form processes
When you submit the Connect form, the following is collected:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company or organisation (optional)
- The topic you select (optional)
- The message you write
- The date and time the message was received
No cookies, trackers, advertising pixels or analytics profiles are attached to that submission, and no IP-based profiling is performed.
Where it goes and how long it stays
Submissions are stored in a secured database hosted in the European Union and are readable only by THOREYA. They are used for one purpose: to reply to you and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss possible work.
Your message is not fed into an AI model, is never sold or shared for marketing, and is deleted once the enquiry is closed and no longer commercially relevant, or earlier on request.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at any time by writing to hello@thoreya.com. If you would rather not use the form at all, email works just as well.
